Replacement Policy
If any damaged, defective, incorrect, or spoiled product is received by the customer, it will be eligible for replacement within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a replacement request, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product along with proper photo/video proof.
After 7 days from the delivery date, We shall not be responsible for any claims regarding the product.
Replacement will only be processed after verification by Our team.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided or the order is approved for cancellation before dispatch.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Conditions
Products are eligible for return or replacement only if:
